The story of

Geographike was estabiished in 2006 as a spin off from a previous pratnership between the Studio Bocci and INTECS SpA Space Division. Previously, the Studio Bocci had worked in the field of Remote Sensing and GIS from the 1991. The original intent of the new company was to consolidate the geographic/geomatic knowledge and the expertise gained by the Studio Bocci during the previous 15 years while bringing fresh inputs and skills into a company having the core business in the space sector.   Since the beginning of 2011 Geographie has become autonomous and the collaboration with INTECTS is managed by a partneship agreement.

Since the month of May 2011 Geographike has incorporated Geologyx srl, a small company operating in the field of Geographic Information with specific competencies in GIS, particpatory mapping, Location Based Service (LBS), Location Intelligence e MobileGIS.
